PoLiCoRo

is located on the fertile plain of Metaponto three km far from the Ionian Sea. It is the third town in the Province of Matera as the population, and is second in importance as economic and cultural. It is bordered to the north by the town of Scanzano Jonico,the Ionian Sea to the east, south with Rotondella and west  with  Tursi.

Most important is the see that this city offers. Many tourist infect came to Policoro for spent some days to relax and fun.

In addiction there are some interesting places as suburbs, country and you can visit also Museum containing a rich archaeological heritage. For young people you can find many local very popular .

The city is equipped for any winter sport or summer with stages, skating ring, gyms, school of dance, sing ext.
